Our contact centre acts as a 'white label' for many financial services companies and banks, offering a range of products including foreign exchange, indices, shares, trust accounts, commodities, treasuries, cryptocurrency, and managed funds.

We are looking for articulate customer service professionals with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning. If you have previous experience in a busy phone-based role or an interest/qualification in financial services, we want to hear from you
