This position provides you with the ability to work on a diverse range of projects that support changes and ways of working across the business, deal with a range of issues that may be raised across the business in relation to projects, compliance, regulatory management, and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data and prepare reports to support key information presentation.
- Learn about industry regulatory requirements and understand how processes are designed to ensure constant adherence to legislation and regulatory body requirements.
- A drive and desire to work in a broad, fast-paced role that will provide you with exposure to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Adaptability and a solutions-focused approach is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related discipline is desirable.
- Some understanding and knowledge of the financial markets is desirable.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- An inherent requirement of the position is to be able to confidently and professionally communicate with a broad range of stakeholders in a number of ways (email, phone, and face-to-face).
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Initiative-taking and self-directed work style. Able to prioritise, manage workload autonomously, and proactively seek solutions.
