The Centre:

Our 80-place centre is rated exceeding in the National Quality Standard. We're located close to Pittwater Road and have access to public transport.

Your Role
  • Gain hands-on experience while studying, with full course fees covered and an hourly wage for all hours worked.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports the social, cultural, emotional, and educational needs of the children.
  • Prepare play and learning materials, and collaborate with your team to enhance children's learning through intentional teaching and spontaneous play.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in a long-term career in Early Childhood Education.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Commitment to a 12-month traineeship program.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC NSW state).
  • Willing to work full-time.
