Role Summary

Job Description:

The Division Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational performance of the division, including assessing and reviewing financials, and contributing to budget discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend regular meetings with Finance to review status and discuss current events.
  • Participate in semi-annual budget planning and approval meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all headcount/recruitment strategies.
  • Assist leadership in drafting internal communications.
  • Schedule and prepare materials/presentations for leadership meetings, including Town Halls, HoC visits, and training.
  • Coordinate functions, including conferences, grad training, and town halls.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests and/or projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in a Business Manager or Division Operations Manager role.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
