We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent role that is business-critical for managing commercial risk position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate leasing, insurance, and Intellectual Property framework as the Commercial Lead for customer sourcing events (RFTs, RFIs, and RFQs).

You'll review contract terms, formulate contract qualifications to ensure they align with company's legal and commercial standards.

  • Negotiate complex subcontractor and partnership agreements
  • Manage commercial lease portfolio

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, preferably in Commerce, Finance, Law, Accounting or IT.

Suitably experienced within Commercial Management, Contract Management, or Legal (Commercial), with demonstrated expertise in negotiating commercial and/or contract terms.

  • Past experience working in Procurement or Commercial Contract capacity would be highly regarded.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for the contract management team to resolve customer disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Kinetic IT's program of insurance to ensure it remains current with the company's strategic direction and growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial engagement strategies.
  • Protect Kinetic IT's Intellectual Property.

Avoid past conflicts and make sure your skills keep pace with the industry trends.

What You Will Need:
  • Tertiary qualifications, ideally in a related discipline.
  • Suitably experienced within Commercial Management, Contract Management, or Legal (Commercial)
  • Past experience working in Procurement or Commercial Contract capacity would be highly regarded.
