We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role involves carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks in high-profile parks and gardens, including weeding, mowing, conducting inspections, and general improvement works.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forward planning and coordinating yearly maintenance tasks, ordering plants, identifying hazards, and following up on customer requests.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent, extensive experience in similar roles, and a demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety.

  • We are looking for a qualified Horticulturist with a great work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for working outdoors.
  • Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team will ensure your success in this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in a similar role with high-profile scheduled maintenance sites
  • Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety in the workplace and the practical application of safe working procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute and work as part of a team and coordinate team members as required
