Job Title: Asset and Facilities Support Specialist

This is a full-time temporary position.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and coordinate pool and Executive fleet asset replacement schedules.
  • The role involves handling total loss insurance claims and ensuring timely and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing equipment orders, overseeing communication and change management activities, and maintaining the Fleet inbox and Service Desk.

  • You will thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment, being proactive and accountable while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • A highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills is required to remain calm and focused in challenging situations.
  • You should have knowledge of NSW Government Procurement, Supply and Fleet policy and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is crucial for this role.
