Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic radiology environment.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality nursing services to patients before, during, and after imaging procedures.
  • Prepare patients for various examinations, including CT, MRI, and Ultrasound scans.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists and Imaging Technicians to ensure smooth procedure execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and handle specimen collection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent patient outcomes through effective communication and clinical assessment.
  • Care for patients with diverse needs, adapting to individual requirements.
  • Assist in interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
  • Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Qualification in IV Cannulation is essential.
  • Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in surgical or radiology nursing is advantageous.
  • Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
