Mandurah Community Aged Care has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Night Duty team in our brand new, state-of-the-art aged care residence. As a dedicated and compassionate caregiver, you will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:- Support the health and well-being of residents by conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing client care within your scope.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care and promote education/leadership in aged care.
- Ensure the physical, social, and psychological needs of residents are met through effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Manage time effectively, work autonomously, and demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated aged care experience preferred.
- An understanding, empathy, appreciation, and the ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged Care.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
