About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analyst to join our team at Colonial First State. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced sales analytics models to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  • Design and deliver regular sales reports and dashboards to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales analysis and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of financial services and markets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
