About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Correlate Resources. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving intelligent, forward-thinking data-driven strategies for our client, a leading Australian household brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and break down complex tasks into manageable deliverables
  • Gather and share project requirements across a range of reports and outcomes that deliver value to the business
  • Manage concurrent Analytics initiatives, recommending solutions that drive profitability and growth of the business
  • Act as the bridge between the business and technology teams
  • Run training workshops to educate stakeholders on new analytics products, solutions, and updates
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst with JIRA, working in an AGILE environment
  • CRM and Digital experience
  • Strong business intelligence and data analytics project experience
  • Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills
  • 1st-rate communication skills
  • 1st-rate stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Strong Jira and Confluence skills
  • Strong SQL coding skills
  • Data experience would be a plus
