Regional Business Intelligence Analyst

At Apple, we're seeking a skilled Regional Business Intelligence Analyst to collaborate closely with business users across ANZSA and North Asia. Your primary focus will be on surfacing pain points and process improvement opportunities at the analyst and team level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique constraints and nuances of our datasets, teams, tools, and processes across multiple geographies.
  • Design and develop novel datasets in collaboration with business and IS&T partners.
  • Connect datasets to enable more sophisticated and comprehensive understanding of business performance and operational KPIs.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting solutions while setting high standards of usability and design.
  • Ensure accuracy of our datasets and reporting solutions, and maintain governance of their access and usage.
  • Drive consistency of key processes and datasets within and across geographies.
  • Contribute to the growth and longevity of organisational knowledge through documentation, as well as standardised data production and storage.
