Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at MNF Group. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating business intelligence artefacts for the wider business, working closely with business and engineering teams to convert data into insights and actionable items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify data sets, and build reporting solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to assist with data-related issues.
  • Develop stable and secure BI reporting solutions.
  • Design generic datasets that can be used by multiple reports / dashboards.
  • Actively share knowledge with your entire team.
  • Identify and escalate issues / risks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in BI space and demonstrated experience as Data Analyst/BA.
  • Telco experience is good to have.
  • Experience in data analysis, visualisation and business analysis.
  • Proficient in PowerBI.
  • Experience in Power Query, MDX and DAX.
  • Understanding of Row Level Security in PowerBI.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Continually automate manual processes to drive efficiency.
  • Continually self learns and improves your skillsets.
