The Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Sales Administrator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing weekly sales reports, meeting minutes, and finance approval updates.
  • Coordinating finance updates, deposits, and title changes with selling partners.
  • Managing post-contract variations and providing after-sales service support.
  • Drafting and issuing new construction build contracts via digital platforms.
  • Supporting the sales team with marketing materials, event preparation, and presentations.
  • Providing pricing and brochures for House and Land packages.
  • Overseeing display home and garden maintenance.
  • Managing staff leave rosters, weekly stock lists, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and land transactions as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Residential Construction role.
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to confidently follow up on documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
