Essential Qualifications:- Experience in mortgage broking or banking (loan writing preferred)
- Minimum Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
- Strong understanding of lender policy, loan structuring, and compliance
- High attention to detail and strong technical skills
