Planning and Validation Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Validation Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the balance of internal and external supply demand for locally manufactured products.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes and be proficient in SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems.

You will analyze supply and demand, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning. Additionally, you will maintain and update MPS, MRP parameters, and material master data, oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting validation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, preparing qualification and validation protocols, training staff, and participating in risk assessments.

In this role, you will be expected to work effectively within a team, demonstrate excellent soft skills, and show a passion for professional growth and career development.

  • Analyze supply and demand trends to propose production schedules.
  • Maintain and update inventory levels, MPS, and MRP parameters.
  • Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes.
  • Conduct validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and implement qualification and validation protocols.
  • Train staff on new processes and procedures.
