About This Role:This position is key in maintaining the balance between internal and external supply demands for locally manufactured products while conducting equipment qualification and process validation.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze supply and demand, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain and update MPS, MRP parameters, and material master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct validation activities to guarantee compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop qualification and validation protocols, train staff, and participate in risk assessments to enhance performance.
- Evaluate and improve processes to maximize results.
- Demonstrate strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills to achieve objectives.
- Prior experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes is highly valued.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems are essential.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
