Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Client Services Senior Associate to play a key role in our daily operations.


This is a dynamic and challenging position that supports the wider team by providing top-notch client care and onboarding functions.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive on-boarding processes for new clients, counterparties, and intermediaries
  • Perform thorough AML/CTF checks and KYC due diligence
  • Assist with security and client data maintenance
  • Ensure sign-off and control around all data changes with relevant approvals
  • Prepare and distribute client documentation and take ownership of client queries
  • Respond to client queries via phone and email
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain standard processes
  • Coordinate seminars, training events, and tasks as required
  • Guide junior team members to enhance their knowledge and capability
