About our Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Apprenticeship
We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Apprentices. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn and develop the skills necessary to maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the commercial and industrial sector.
Responsibilities include assisting with installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, conducting fault analysis and completing repairs, following safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment, and attending TAFE on a day-release basis and on-the-job training to learn the necessary skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to learn and work as part of a team, have basic knowledge of mechanical systems, ability to follow instructions and safety protocols, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A valid driver's license is also required.
