Customer Champions Wanted

We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our customer-facing team.

This role involves delivering in-person product training, supporting stores with order processing, and acting as a liaison between key account stores, customer service teams, internal departments, and lens labs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess technical knowledge of ophthalmic lenses or experience working in the optical industry.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Product Training: Deliver in-person product training to store teams, focusing on ophthalmic lens technologies, features, and benefits.

  • Store Support: Provide assistance with order processing, system navigation, and troubleshooting of lens products and equipment.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Key Account stores, customer service teams, internal departments, and lens labs, ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution.

  • Expert Advice: Offer expert advice on lens selection, compatibility, and equipment usage to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Insight Capture: Capture insights from store visits and provide actionable feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
