Senior HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to drive HR strategies that empower our people and business through AI transformation.

  • This position requires a deep understanding of human resources domains, including talent management, leadership and team effectiveness, and organizational design.
  • The successful candidate will have strong skills in business acumen, data analysis, and strategic consulting.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will bring systems thinking and project leadership to deliver high-impact HR initiatives aligned with both business priorities and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Leadership
  • You will partner with business teams to diagnose talent structures, interpret data, and build actionable recommendations.
  • You will lead structural change initiatives, including reorganizations and clarifying roles and decision rights.
Organizational System
  • You will analyze organizational culture through listening systems, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with leaders to define people priorities and shape holistic people plans covering talent, structure, culture, and processes.
Talent
  • You will lead succession planning by identifying potential successors, assessing readiness, and partnering with HR and Talent Managers to close development gaps.
  • You will execute holistic people plans, including leadership, culture, and inclusion, by identifying gaps and tailoring solutions to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years work experience in HR Business Partnership or related HR roles.
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years work experience in HR Business Partnership or related HR roles.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in HR domains such as Talent Management, Leadership & Team Effectiveness, Org Design, etc.
  • Strong skills in business acumen, data analysis, strategic consulting, and engagement with senior leaders/stakeholders.
