Frontline Hospitality Specialist

Delivering exceptional customer experiences as our clients' customers' first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in shaping lasting impressions and meaningful relationships.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services across Australia and abroad. As a Frontline Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors with a helpful and welcoming attitude, creating amazing first impressions by assisting guests with queries and special requests.

You will provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.

  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • Full VIC/SA/WA/NSW/ACT Drivers Licence is essential for Valet parking duties
  • Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
  • Physically fit to carry out standard duties and able to work on your feet for lengthy periods
  • Must have valid work rights in Australia
