We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialised Care Worker to join our team at HammondCare At Home. As a Specialised Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
- Help with household tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with transportation to appointments and shopping
- Support with medication management
About You:
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- You are patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
- You have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- You may have previous experience in aged or community care, or be looking to start your career in this field
