Job Title: Project Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Manage the lifecycle of organizational change across multiple applications and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for managing changes, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of a robust Change Management process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC), ensuring timely notification of upcoming changes.
  • Review and authorize RFC records, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management, preferably in an IT service management environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and certifications, including ITIL V3/V4.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICT systems and technologies.
