Job Title: Residential Pool and Spa Service Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Pool and Spa Service Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance for pools and spas in Sydney suburbs.

The successful candidate will work alongside a close-knit team who value teamwork and camaraderie. You will receive comprehensive training and be placed on a career progression plan, which will see you develop into a Senior Technician within a 12-month period.

This is a unique opportunity to work for an industry-leading specialist pool service company with regular clients in both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive interaction with clients.
  • Perform general pool cleaning and maintenance, including minimal pool vacuuming.
  • Install pool equipment and diagnose faults, implementing necessary repairs.
  • Some heavy lifting is required.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude towards work.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with clients.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Full NSW driver's license is a requirement.
