Job Title: Senior Pool Lifeguard

At West HQ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pool Lifeguard to join our team. As a Senior Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our pool users, while also maintaining the highest standards of water quality and pool operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pool users and ensure their safety at all times
  • Conduct regular water testing to ensure water quality meets the highest standards
  • Operate and maintain pool equipment and facilities
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as required
  • Support the Coordinator in promoting quality operational and service standards
  • Act as First Aid Warden in the case of emergency evacuation
Requirements:
  • Pool Lifeguard Licence (essential)
  • Pool Technical Operations Certificate (essential)
  • General Knowledge of the leisure/recreation industry
  • Working with Children Check (essential)
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR
