Human Resources Specialist

About the Role
Cimic is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our stakeholders and managers on all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide guidance and support to site operational teams on employee lifecycle management, including remuneration, employee engagement, policies, procedures, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead complex investigations and support with Enterprise Agreement Negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective people strategies and initiatives to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver all aspects of HR and IR activities for the project.
- Support and promote a values-based approach to HR at the project.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Human resources experience in a mining or heavy industry environment, desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including an advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
