The Claims Administration and Income Support team operates as part of the Claims Management Group (CMG). The team is responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of claims management.

Key responsibilities include assessment, assurance, payment, recoveries, claim registration, claim information capture, and claim invoice processing. The team also manages the Claims Contact Centre, which receives, triages, and handles incoming business-related telephone calls.

The role of the Director, Claims Administration and Income Support involves leading a multi-disciplinary service delivery team within Claims Operations. The team is responsible for the financial calculations and administrative transactional activities relating to claims management.

The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop and implement these into business operations, and ensure timely and effective delivery of critical services.
