Australian Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Australian operations forward. This pivotal role requires overseeing a project portfolio, building strong partnerships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service standards across our Australian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire national operations teams to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Drive commercial success by delivering against revenue and margin targets.
- Oversee operational Directors and their teams to ensure performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organisation at high levels with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and workforce excellence.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned to our mission and long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Senior executive management experience in complex, high-pressure environments.
- A proven track record of building trust and influencing at executive and government levels.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- The ability to lead through ambiguity while inspiring collaboration and accountability.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, health, or related disciplines (desired).
