Job Overview

The Operations Efficiency Manager will be responsible for managing utilities and the efficient performance of assets in the retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electricity and gas contracts, internal and external stakeholder relationships, load forecasting, connection register management, network tariff reviews, demand management, and bill validation.
  • Act as retail relationship manager with utility providers and consultants to drive operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Manage embedded networks compliance and operations, including metering providers, tenant rates, and load registers.
  • Collaborate with asset teams to set budgets and identify opportunities for profit increase.
  • Maintain current and forecast load profile data at asset and portfolio levels for ongoing PPA management.
  • Provide technical support and advice on electric vehicles to enhance business operations.
  • Develop business cases for targeted efficiency or sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with ESG strategies and ROI.
  • Drive adoption of government funding opportunities to optimize CapEx and OpEx expenditure.
