Portfolio Optimization Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that optimize outcomes for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have established experience in a commercial role, preferably product or price management, consulting, analytical, finance or a relevant business role. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration with key stakeholders across the value chain.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that optimize outcomes for customers
  • Using data-driven insights to support the portfolio optimization strategy
  • Developing and implementing commercial levers such as price, policy, product and process enhancements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, coupled with great written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with banking products, balance sheet and revenue drivers is highly desirable.
