Job Description">

As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing pricing strategies that optimize volume and margin trade-offs in the Mortgage portfolio. This role is key to delivering portfolio profitability, assessed by traditional NPAT, margin growth, balances, growth, attrition, costs, arrears, LIC's, RoRWA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering portfolio profitability through optimization of pricing strategies.">
  • Responsible for pricing and elasticity modeling of all products by product, loan and segment.">
  • Development of pricing segmentation across Investment, Non-Resident, Owner Occupied and CP segments.">
  • Development of retention strategies to improve run off levels and profitability.">
  • Identifying and executing new mortgage products, completing financials, sourcing funding and analyzing sales.">
  • Developing and analyzing portfolio data to derive market, sales and customer trends.">
  • Managing and streamlining staff mortgage sales process and procedures.">
  • Manage Investment lending growth reports, ensuring returns are maximized while meeting regulatory obligations.">
  • Propose strategic changes to policy and pricing to maximize returns from this segment.">

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a pricing or product role in asset & liability funding and managing liquidity costs.">
  • Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage industry, current legislation and key drivers.">
  • High level of analytical and numerical skills.">
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.">
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.">
  • Excellent ability to develop robust working relationships with stakeholders at various levels.">
