Job Overview

At Michael Page, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in Australia. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process up to 200 invoices per week, ensuring accurate recording in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements with company records.
  • Handle payment queries and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial goals.

Requirements
  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in large ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
