- Preparing detailed financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement new systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
- Staying updated on financial regulations and ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.

The company offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to $115K + super, as well as a generous benefits package, including onsite parking and the option to work from home.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A qualified accounting background, either CA or CPA.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of GST/BAS regulations and other relevant accounting standards.
- Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
