Strategic Partnership Manager
The primary responsibility of a Strategic Partnership Manager is to foster and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, drive growth initiatives, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Strategic Partnership Manager serves as the key Atos representative who manages the business relationship with the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with key clients and business stakeholders
- Understanding clients' business objectives and challenges and positioning oneself as a trusted business advisor
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations
- Developing strategies to expand service offerings to clients
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and expand the client base
- Supporting bid and tender responses and participating in industry events, trade exhibitions, and meetings
- Assuming full accountability for relevant client account(s)
- Working closely with clients to understand their long-term goals and objectives and developing strategic plans to align the organization's services with client needs
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in client-facing roles, account management, or business development, preferably in the health sector, and a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships.
They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the industry.
