Key Leadership Position: Assistant Director - Pricing Engagement

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead our Pricing Implementation and Engagement Teams in Sydney, AU. This leadership position will play a critical role in driving market capability and capacity.

About the Role:

  • Lead engagement within the team to develop market knowledge and skills.
  • Manage and help build leaders understanding of market conditions and challenges around pricing.
  • Develop and implement strategies for maintaining staff knowledge and expertise.
  • Evaluate current and new market initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Draft executive briefings and correspondence on pricing-related matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and interpret pricing policies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write clear and concise briefs and other materials.
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
