Our business is seeking a strategic Pricing Analyst to help drive revenue growth and profitability across our APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of our global pricing strategy, including identification and planning of pricing changes
  • Conduct detailed quantitative analysis to identify and vet new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals that optimize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product/service owners to support pricing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
  • Communicate recommendations and build support among business leaders across the organization
  • Work closely with finance, product, and technology teams to implement pricing programs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related quantitative field; master's degree a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or pricing analysis
  • Strong understanding of payments product and technology preferred
  • Working knowledge of pricing strategy with a focus on value-based concepts, including economic value analysis and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Background in working in ambiguous environments and identifying business issues/risks
  • Ability to influence and gain acceptance for change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
