Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Northcott. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan.

In this role, you will provide therapy services to children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our team of allied health professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions and support the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of abilities and needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload in an efficient and effective manner
