We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist, you will support people of all ages who are living with a disability to live with independence. Your role will involve providing person-centred services for a paediatric, adult or mixed caseload of clients, developing therapy plans, and identifying individual plans to bridge the gap between a person's current and optimal functioning.
Services are most effective in the person's usual environments and routines; therefore, therapists generally travel to a diverse range of locations to provide therapy. Assessment and treatment predominantly occur at home, school or workplace, but therapy can also take place in our offices' 'in-clinic/rooms'. This is a full-time position, but part-time may also be considered.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an Occupational Therapy Tertiary degree and hold Full AHPRA registration. Additionally, you will require 12 months' experience as an Occupational Therapist in Australia, a current driver's license and car, and eligibility to work permanently in Australia. Other essential skills and qualifications include active listening and critical thinking skills, a passion and drive to make a difference, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a learning mindset, enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career.
