We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales.

The company is looking for 3 Occupational Therapists to join their team due to their success.

As a result, they offer flexibility, reduced travel, and a supportive working environment.

Full-time and part-time options are available for this role.

The three positions cover different geographical areas: Inner West, North Sydney, and South Sydney.

Job Description:

  • Evidence-based assessment and therapy to elderly and NDIS clients
  • The role includes home assessments, modifications, and equipment prescription
  • Office-based work in the Inner West
  • Accurate documentation and report writing
  • Liaising with other multidisciplinary team members
  • Office working one day a week for training and team meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • NDIS or Aged Care experience
  • Driver's license
  • Minimum 1-year postgraduate experience

Salary and Benefits:

This rewarding career offers above award pay rates, earning between $75,000-$95,000 per annum plus superannuation.

You will also have the opportunity to learn from and share ideas with a team of experienced Occupational Therapists.

A generous travel allowance is also provided.

Due to the company's expansion, there are extensive career progression opportunities.

Weekly or fortnightly supervision is offered, depending on your level of experience.

Work-from-home options and negotiable working hours are also available.

Additionally, you will be part of a weekly team meeting where you can share ideas with other therapists.
