Supply Chain Management Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level graduate or student to join our supply chain management team as an intern. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on implementing our company's supply chain and logistics strategy, optimizing production chains, and managing inventory and stock for the production line.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the development of a supply chain strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Supporting senior engineers with planning procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution to avoid delays and overheads
  • Conducting risk assessments for all suppliers and products, ensuring alternate supply channels are in place
  • Reviewing and evaluating inventory on a regular basis, liaising with vendors and supply partners
What You Will Learn:
  • On-site experience with inventory management, sourcing, vendor engagement, and product evaluation
  • Negotiating and liaising skills, working with stakeholders to optimize the supply chain
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with radio management and MCU application
  • MAPPING SUPPLY CHAINS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES AND REDUCE SUPPLY DISRUPTION
  • Experience in the Australian supply chain industry, opportunities to network across industries and with vendors
