About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and equipment operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless facility operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  3. Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and equipment.
  4. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Possession of a trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a maintenance management role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
