About the RoleAs a Supply Chain Management professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our Warehousing, 3PL providers & service department to ensure operational excellence to customers. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Forward Logistics: Support forward and reverse logistics and the wider service delivery team by performing varied tasks, completing analysis and reporting on regular KPIs to the broader business.
- Parts Escalations & Back Order Management: Utilize the ASAP Tool to manage parts escalations and back orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to our customers.
- Next Flight Out, Same Day and after hours delivery Coordination: Coordinate with our 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery of critical parts, meeting customer expectations and driving business results.
- Critical Parts Order Redirections & Hold for Collection: Redirect critical parts orders and hold for collection to expedite delivery lead time, ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.
- Communication of parts ETA to Planners and FSEs: Communicate parts ETA to our planners and FSEs, ensuring they are aware of delivery schedules and can plan accordingly.
- Monitor blocked orders in SAP and release on advice: Monitor blocked orders in SAP and release on advice, ensuring our customers receive the parts they need in a timely manner.
- Work closely with 3PL providers to ensure parts availability and delivery on time: Work closely with our 3PL providers to ensure parts availability and delivery on time, meeting customer expectations and driving business results.
- Monitor, investigate & resolve issues related to GIT: Monitor, investigate and resolve issues related to GIT, ensuring our customers receive the parts they need in a timely manner.
- Consignment and unassigned WO reporting and analysis: Report and analyze consignment and unassigned WO, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Corrections of FSE postings in Servicemax: Correct FSE postings in Servicemax, ensuring accurate reporting and minimizing disruptions to our customers.
- Control consignment / engineer return process: Control the consignment and engineer return process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of returns.
- Local Distribution Center operations support: Provide support to our local distribution center operations, ensuring efficient and effective processing of parts and materials.
- Damaged & Expired stock management - Salvage or scrap: Manage damaged and expired stock, salvaging or scrapping as necessary to minimize waste and drive business results.
- Daily Stock Reconciliation: Perform daily stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Demand planning analysis to ensure forecast accuracy: Analyze demand planning data to ensure forecast accuracy, driving business results and minimizing stockouts.
- Ability to analyze data: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Exposure to demand planning methodologies: Exposure to demand planning methodologies and ability to apply them in a supply chain context.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks: Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar logistics roles: Minimum 2 years experience in similar logistics roles, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics management.
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce/Service Max: Experience in SAP and Salesforce/Service Max, with a strong understanding of these systems and their applications in a supply chain context.
