Key Responsibilities:- Own the distribution centre's operations, ensuring seamless product flow from warehouse to customer.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a safe, workplace environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter ways of working.
- Anticipate challenges with proactive problem-solving and decisive action.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with broader business objectives.
- A proven track record & experience with a distribution centre (at least 5 years management experience)
- A leadership style that balances strategy and operations.
- The ability to see the big picture while managing details.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Tech-savviness with warehouse systems and data tools to drive informed decisions.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
