Regional Distribution Operations Manager

This role is responsible for controlling and coordinating warehouse and distribution activities within a regional distribution centre to ensure customer service levels are met in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Manage the distribution centre to ensure product storage meets security standards, and operational housekeeping is maintained at an appropriate level.
- Provide distribution services to customers within the region, ensuring consistency with national goals and objectives.
- Maintain and report on expenses and capital expenditures.
- Ensure the distribution centre has suitable equipment and support facilities to meet customer orders within specified time and cost constraints.
Key Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in logistics or equivalent experience.
- Leadership and staff development experience.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage resources effectively.
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and maintaining operational budgets.
