**About the Role**

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Support clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfil their goals.
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform activities of daily living assessments and recommending assistive technology under a range of contracts.
  • Complete workplace modifications assessment under the National Panel of Assessors contract (requires minimum two years disability employment experience).
