Job SummaryThe Administration Officer is an integral role within the team, providing quality operational administration support to the service. This includes maintaining an efficient and customer-focused reception for internal and external clients, processing admissions and discharges of clients, and promoting a positive team environment within the Service.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the Intake and Referral team, preparing documentation for client admission and discharge, managing incoming calls and front office, attending to filing and archiving of client information, data and word processing, and mail and assisting with office equipment/supplies and stationery orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Intake and Referral team and download client referrals for admission to our organisation
- Prepare documentation for the admission of clients into the Service and subsequent discharge
- Manage incoming calls and front office, as required
- Attend to filing and archiving of client information in accordance with guidelines and procedures
- Data and word processing; mail and assisting with office equipment/supplies and stationery orders
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in a similar role, including front desk experience/knowledge, word processing and filing. You must also demonstrate a commitment to high-quality client service, an ability to provide friendly and courteous service, and the capacity to liaise, advise and work with staff, managers and clients at all levels.
