About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our client solutions team. This role involves understanding clients' business and technology landscapes, identifying and solutioning business challenges, and building the business case for implementation and change.

The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, structured problem solving, a solid technical background, strong relationship and presentation skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity while managing senior stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand Client needs by identifying and articulating client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.
• Experience and understanding of progressive technologies underpinning AI Transformation across Digital, Cloud, Data &/or Security with ability to derive high level solutions from these technologies.
• Conduct assessments of clients' existing environment and influence strategies and solutions that drive tangible business value.
• Break down complex challenges into tangible solutions including solution design, business case and delivery planning.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Your Day-to-Day

You will work closely with Mantel's technology teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and deliver outcomes that meet client needs and wants.

Ability to articulate high-level estimates (ROM) and advise on commercial or execution risk of the solutions.

You will build strategic, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients and establish relationships with Mantel teams, including peers, leaders, technical and delivery teams.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing advisory support throughout the sales and implementation phases of client engagement.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

Experience with AI and the consulting industry.

Background and experience in one or several of our core technical domains, Cloud, Digital, Data or Security.

Executive level written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of developing strategies and proposals for endorsement by executive teams and boards.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
