Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to drive organisational change and adoption. The successful candidate will work with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement established change management methodologies to maximise employee adoption and usage.
  2. Engage with project teams and relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes.
  3. Prepare plans and schedules, as well as deliver communication collateral to support successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Contemporary Organisational Change Management practice to contribute to and follow an Organisation Change Management strategy and consulting model within a complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment.
  • Experience in developing stakeholder matrices, analysing stakeholders, and structured approaches to engaging with project teams and relevant internal and external stakeholders pertinent to a complex ICT environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing organisational change management action plans for all stakeholder groups within an IT project.
  • PROSCI qualification or equivalent, and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to effectively use workplace tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
