Job Description:

The Business Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving strategic change initiatives and ensuring effective management of changes across the organization.

This specialist will support the business in identifying business impacts, developing business delivery outcomes, and recommending appropriate strategies for assigned initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the business to identify and prioritize business impacts and develop delivery plans.
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Developing and recommending business delivery strategies, including solution design for assigned initiatives.
  • Monitoring stakeholder commitment and activity to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in change management and business delivery within medium to large-scale business improvements and/or technology programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and delivery requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the implementation of change in an agile way.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage impacted stakeholders and monitor their commitment and activity.

About You:

Exposure to business transformation gained on medium to large-scale business improvements and/or technology programs.

Project experience gained within financial services or other industry sectors.

Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and productivity.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
